POLICY: All our pet puppies are spayed or neutered prior to going home, unless there is a circumstance where we, as the Breeder, would determine the necessity of the puppy being sent home on a Spay/Neuter contract. If that were the case, details of the Spay/Neuter contract would be discussed with you prior to the puppy going home.

AGREEMENT: By submitting this application, I (as the applicant) acknowledge that I have read this application in its entirety and fully comprehend its content and have been accurate and truthful. I also acknowledge I have read the Refund Policy regarding the puppy reservation fee/deposit and fully understand and agree to this Policy. Windsor Creek Labradoodles reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to the applicant. They also reserve the right to return the adoption deposit and/or puppy adoption fee at their discretion to the applicant at any time in this process. If that is done, the applicant and Windsor Creek Labradoodles as the Breeder agree that any verbal or implied agreements to sell a puppy to the applicant are immediately terminated. Windsor Creek Labradoodles reserve the right to retain a puppy from any litter for their breeding program. Windsor Creek Labradoodles reserve the right to use a different stud for any breeding at their discretion and that decision would not qualify for a refund of the adoption fee or puppy deposit fee.
